Where are you headed?
Next trip I’m headed to Boston early June where I’m working with a company that helps make components for electric cars, we are working on expanding the business.
What’s the purpose of your trip?
Business but my wife is joining me this time so we’ll stay for an extra day to explore the “SF of the East Coast”.
Why do you choose Wingz?
You guys are there early and so great that you pick us up when we land also – even when flights get delayed!
What is your dream destination?
Dream Destination is Hawaii – have been a few times now and love Kauai!
Can you share an anecdote about Wingz?
I travel a lot for work, I represent investors in companies that are undergoing a lot of management changes so I have to sometimes fly on short notice. Wingz is great for being there at 4:30am when I have to take the first flight out of SFO!

ROUND-TRIP BOOKING
Booking your round-trip rides is now effortless. Select the round-trip option on the homepage. Book your departure ride and we will automatically suggest a return ride.
IMPROVED DIRECT BOOKING
You may already be familiar with our Direct Booking feature allowing you to send requests directly to one driver. But if your driver was not available you previously had to repost your request in order to get a ride. This won’t happen anymore.
If you choose the Direct Booking option, your request will now be sent to all the drivers automatically if the first choice driver does not accept your initial request within one hour.
ADDRESS BOOK
Typing your home address over and over again when you post a new request is a thing of the past. All the previous addresses you used can now be found in your address book. Forget typos! Selecting your pick up and drop off locations is now easier and faster.

1. BOOK IN ADVANCE
Our service is entirely based on one simple idea: booking in advance makes your travel experience stress free. Our data shows that posting your request 72 to 24 hours before your travel date is the best way to fully enjoy the Wingz experience.
2. CHOOSE YOUR DRIVER
Our drivers are not only there to take you to your destination safely. They are also fantastic individuals with a wide range of interests! We believe that human connections make all the difference in the world. So if you enjoyed being with a certain driver, remember that you can send him direct requests for your next rides. Visit the “My Drivers” page to get a list of all your previous drivers.
3. GET IN TOUCH WITH YOUR WING(z) MAN
Once your ride has been accepted, the driver will contact you to introduce him or herself. But things can get tricky when you’re getting picked up at the airport. For this reason we strongly encourage you to text or call your driver when you land to set up a meeting location, or at any moment if you have any questions regarding your ride. It will be smoother for the both of you.
4. DELAYED FLIGHTS ARE NO FUN
For travelers and drivers, delayed flights are the worst enemy. We train our drivers to track your flights and wait for you at the airport if necessary. But if your flight is delayed by more than 15 minutes, we can’t guarantee your ride. We will try our best, though, to send you another driver. You can also opt for one of the other alternatives to get to your destination.
5. MAKE CREDITS RAIN
We usually have multiple coupons running on social media to lower your ride’s flat rate. These codes are valid only once. Sharing your referral link, however, is the best option to get Wingz credits all the time! Friends, family, colleagues and even strangers can help you save money to go to and from the airport. Where are you headed?
I travel every week. This past week was in Miami and Tampa and next week will be Philadelphia and Atlanta.
What’s the purpose of your trip?
Unfortunately, 100% business.
Why do you choose Wingz?
Living in LA, I enjoy the ability to do emails / text etc. and not need to worry about the LA traffic. Wingz has also cut down my commute to the airport by 20 minutes or more each way since we are able to use the carpool lane on the 105. This means I get that much MORE time with my family.
What is your dream destination?
I have never been to Europe. I would love to be able to go to Spain to run with the Bulls or go to Italy to go to Tuscany.
Can you share an anecdote about Wingz?
I’m a creature of habit. I have only used 2 drivers. I have one that always picks me up from home… and one that always picks me up from the Airport. I enjoy the way I can pick my driver and use them for repeated bookings. I can tell you that we always have good conversations and I do consider both as friends.
