Our service is entirely based on one simple idea: booking in advance makes your travel experience stress free. Our data shows that posting your request 72 to 24 hours before your travel date is the best way to fully enjoy the Wingz experience.
2. CHOOSE YOUR DRIVER
Our drivers are not only there to take you to your destination safely. They are also fantastic individuals with a wide range of interests! We believe that human connections make all the difference in the world. So if you enjoyed being with a certain driver, remember that you can send him direct requests for your next rides. Visit the “My Drivers” page to get a list of all your previous drivers.
3. GET IN TOUCH WITH YOUR WING(z) MAN
Once your ride has been accepted, the driver will contact you to introduce him or herself. But things can get tricky when you’re getting picked up at the airport. For this reason we strongly encourage you to text or call your driver when you land to set up a meeting location, or at any moment if you have any questions regarding your ride. It will be smoother for the both of you.
4. DELAYED FLIGHTS ARE NO FUN
For travelers and drivers, delayed flights are the worst enemy. We train our drivers to track your flights and wait for you at the airport if necessary. But if your flight is delayed by more than 15 minutes, we can’t guarantee your ride. We will try our best, though, to send you another driver. You can also opt for one of the other alternatives to get to your destination.
5. MAKE CREDITS RAIN
We usually have multiple coupons running on social media to lower your ride’s flat rate. These codes are valid only once. Sharing your referral link, however, is the best option to get Wingz credits all the time! Friends, family, colleagues and even strangers can help you save money to go to and from the airport.
